The South Tarawa Sanitation Project (STSP) under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Energy (MISE), hosted a retreat at Lucky Future Resort in North Tarawa to engage in discussions regarding the Memorandum of Agreement (MOAs) with key stakeholders.

The MISE team was represented by MISE Senior Assistant Secretary Moanibou Aareke Muller, Director General of Engineering Services Jimmy Nuake, STSP Deputy Project Manager Areke Alexander Tiareti, and other STSP staff

Key stakeholders participating in the two-day retreat included administrative and technical staff from the Ministry of Culture and Internal Affairs, The Ministry of Environment, Lands, and Agricultural Development, The Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Health and Medical Services.

The core focus of the retreat was to thoroughly review the details of the Memorandum of Agreement to ensure alignment and clarity among all parties before its formal signing in the near future.
