The MISE team participated in a five-day workshop from 16 to 20 February 2026 in Nadi, Fiji. The workshop facilitated collaboration among Pacific Island countries to implement the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) under the Paris Agreement.

A training workshop on Environmental and Social (E&S) Safeguards, organized by KSFU, supported by the World Bank, was recently held in Kiritimati.

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Energy (MISE) successfully conducted a Directors and Project Managers (PMs) Capacity Building and Team Building Retreat from 13–15 March 2026 at Midland Tabuki Resort, in North Tarawa.
